Having worked in the Food and Beverage and hospitality industry for over 40yrs, I believe that customers want good products at fair prices combined with excellent service. If things go wrong they want to know what is being done to resolve the problem and when - simple really!

My time as a customer and then as Managing Director with Festival Drinks, for just under 20 years, taught me how a good business was run. We were a local family firm with good values. At Festina Drinks we work hard to duplicate the values we had at Festival Drinks and after nearly 10 years we think we have got it right; a flexible attitude where nothing is too much trouble. 

I am proud of our family firm. We have a ‘can do’ attitude to our service maintenance, engineering and deliveries – how a good firm should be. I believe that our customers have enough to deal with the day-to- day running of their businesses without hassle from suppliers. The relationship between supplier and customer should be an easy one where communication and flexibility is key.

Local Engineers

We also believe that it is crucial to be within 2.5 hours of our customers.  That is why we will always employ engineers that live local to you, that way when you are in trouble you know we are not too far away.  And because they carry the spare parts to fix the kit on their van, they are in and out before you know it.
